Common Bacterial Blight (Beans)

Description: During periods of warm, humid weather, bacterial blight can be especially harmful to pods. Overwintering occurs in infested plant debris.

Solution: After harvest, thoroughly till crop residue into soil. Rotate crops. Spray Soap-Shield^® Fungicidal Soap before disease normally appears. Continue applications as long as weather conditions are favorable to the disease.
