Help, Heliotrope leaves turning brown

Hello everyone,
I seeded my Heliotrope in January, and have been growing it under my grow lites since. It is about 7-12" tall now and ready for outside (as soon as our weather here warms up !!) In the last month or so I've been noticing the odd leaf will start to turn brown around the tip and edges, it eventually totally drys up. I've only been giving the 1/2 strenght 20-20-20 about every 2 weeks, and 10-52-10 when I transplanted them into 6" pots in late feb. The plants seem healthy they are flowering, and have good roots, any help would be appreciated. Thank you Wendi
