Definately keep dead heading the dying blossoms and they will continue to produce new blooms. I also planted zinnias and while the blossoms are great, when they finish they are unsightly as are the drying leaves. The snapdragons are just getting more and more lush. The cockscomb is also doing great and is less labor intensive since I'm not constantly deadheading. Cut the snapdragons back about 1/3rd in late summer and get a whole new set of growth for the early fall.
