Pests on Impatients

My Impatient Plant looks nice & healthly but has little white things on it that feel like grains of salt. I guess it is some sort of egg. I took it by the nursery but they didn't know what it was. I'm afraid it is going to kill the plant. Do you know what it could be and what I should do about it?
