No Flowers on Impatients

: Last Feb i planted from seed a lot of impatients. they are growing fine except there are no flowers or even buds. does anyone out there know why. this is my first time growing anything from seeds. you can look at some pictures of the plants at "www.hopehare.com/plants" for possibly a better idea of where i messed up
