Does anyone know if I can successfully cut them back and have shorter fuller plants? I would appreciate any advice! : Thanks I would go ahead and cut them back. In doing so, you will create fuller bushier and someone shorter plants. I pinch back all my annuals (even those with blooms, which is tough to do!) when I get them home from the nursery. I want as many flowers as I can get and cutting them back helps this along. Hope this helps. Marsha
