Well, we shouldn't be so unkind. We shouldn't live in fear to the point that we're scared that everyone is a terrorist. I mean, these are plant seeds afterall that grow beautiful ornamental plants. I believe that terrorists are going to find what they need regardless if people sell to each other on the internet or other ways.
I have children and pets. I also have grown Castor Beans for years and have had no problems with them getting into them. I also watch my children AND pets when they are outside. You can have Castor Beans or any other poisonous plant that you enjoy, you just have to act responsibly. I guess a lot of people can't manage that though and you're right, THOSE people shouldn't have these plants if they are going to let their children run wild and not watch them. Otherwise, they are wonderful plants that add joy to our family each summer!

To the lady trying to find seed for Castor Beans, try and type in castor bean in the search.
