Ditto on the over-watering! I did the same to one of my jades that was in a pot that didn't have drainage.

I was, however, able to save part of the plant by cutting off a few sprigs that were still healthy and sticking them into dirt. They re-grew roots and are still alive today (although, of course, growing slowly since they're Jades!)
