: my aloe plant leaves have drooped and are beginning to fall off. The bottoms are a red colour - is this from over watering? Are they rotten? Can it be recovered?

Hi Colette,

Many aloes lose their leaves as they grow and develop a stem. If you have a lot of leaves doing this at once it's probably from overwatering. Let the plant dry out before you water.
