Someone emailed me asking what were the stems that I cut off, so I thought I should clarify. I cut off the bottom "leaves" of the plant. I did this to:
a) Shorten the height of the (above ground) plant since that was contributing to it's being so top heavy, and
b) To hopefully have more "root" underground to stabilize the plant.

FYI - The plant is still doing great! :)
