: Help! My Aloe is in bad shape.  The leaves started drooping last year ( I think I overwatered it) and it hasnt recovered.  The leaves have sort of puckered in and hang down at the point where it looks like theres no moisture in the leaf.  I have resisted the urge to water it for about 4 months now and have repotted it in a cactus mix.  There is new growth coming from the center so should I cut away the dead looking parts?
