Where the tree sits, doesn't have very good drainage, gets full sun. It looks like the buds were coming & now nothing. Does anyone have suggestions ...

I bought a container of tulips for my deck and now they are finished blooming. I would like to plant them in my yard. Do I need to wait until fall to take them out of the container and plant them or can I plant them now? nuts4birds
