I have around 100 Blood Lily (Haemanthus multiflorus) seeds and they have started germinating,
I would like to know what is growing out of the seed, a root or a stem or what?

If it is the root, would I need to turn the seeds over so the root will be down in the growing media.

Help very much appreciated.
