Hi, My tomato plants that we started from seed have some mold on the dirt. Are they doomed?? Just some of them are like this, I took the lid off yesterday. Will it just go away?

Hi Dawnie,
It won't just go away. It might seem to disappear, but it's best to treat for potential fungal problems now. I would suggest you try and remove the moldy soil, add a bit of fresh potting soil and use the cinnamon treatment in #5 here. http://www.ghorganics.com/page15.htm...0off%20disease Newt

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. |
