i planted chives, spinach and bush beans right into my planters outside from seeds and nothing...what is the best way to start my seeds and should i keep them inside or leave outside? should i water from the top or bottom and should i plant them straight into the pot/ground or leave in a designated container? I understand seeds have to have the right amounf of water, and it just rained night-day and they're soaked. please help!!
