Need help with some Rose plants

I am needing some pruning advice for these Rose plants. I am fairly certain we are passed all of our frosts and I want to trim these up properly.

It looks like a lot of dead/sick wood at the bottom of these plants.

Any ideas what I should do with these?

That doesn't look good. First thing you have to do is cut off the dead branches. Loosen up the soil by cultivating it. (just be careful not to touch the roots) Then apply compost on the soil. Water it twice a day. Monitor your shrubs daily for dead branches and always look for new shoots.
