    hi
    first yr of sfg
    this is a newbie question so here goes
    can the ashes from a wood pellet stove be used directly in the sfg and/or in the compost pile? thanks for all the forth coming advice and comments.!!!!!!!!

    Not sure what "sfg" means, but care should be taken when wood ashes are used either directly in the garden or in a compost pile.* See this link for more info.

    When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
