If you are asking if you can root it from a cut flower, the answer is no. Any plant you want to root from a cutting should not be blooming on that cutting. Blooming takes all the energy away leaving no reserves to start the roots.
If you are asking can you plant this potted rose after the blooms have been cut off, then yes, you can. |
