    Composter

    I am a "newbie" and would like to begin composting. I've noticed advertisements for tumbler type composters and am wondering if these are worth the money? Thank you!

    I built one for myself for about $40. Go to youtube you can get some great idea. The tumblers make composting much easier and faster.

    I have tried vermicompost, using worms called the red wigglers. Vermicompost tea has been shown to cause a 173.5% increasein plant growth by mass over plants grown without castings. These results were seen with only 10% addition of castings to produce these results.
