converting chicken shed 2 greenhouse!

I am excited about this. I have a 8xl2 by about 7 high small chicken shed that faces south, and I just put in 2 big windows on the south side, and one big one on the west side. What do I all need to know about making this into my special greenhouse. I hate it when it freezes and all my outside plants die. I want to bring some of them in and keep them going over winter (in midwest area).

I'm concerned about ventilation, heat, flooring (its concrete), and what kind of benches I need. Any input is appreciated. Never had a greenhouse before.
