Garden tools - Which one to choose?

Hi all
I've just joined so bear with me.
Am thinking of purchasing a hoe to weed my very deep border(about a metre and a half) As plants are now growing can't get to weeds. I assume Hoeis the best tools to keep weeds at bay?

Choice is between dutch hoe,draw hoe,oscillating or stirrup hoe!Help! Have no idea which tool would be best. Am of petite build so want a light and long tool.

Any help would be appreciated.
