I am trying to learn about how gardens are made.* I'd like to know what kind of plow or whatever makes neat little row crops.** Do cultivators do that?* If not them, what?

When I think of a cultivator I think of a claw-like tool for loosening the soil, but there are large cultivators that can be pulled behind a tractor.
