Hello. I'm new here so I apologize if this may be posted in the wrong section. First off, I love indoor plants. A few years ago I couldn't keep an air fern alive and then all of a sudden a grew a green thumb and my indoor plants now flourish. I have always wanted to have a sunroom or greenhouse. Sometimes, wishes do come true, my boyfriend is building me a greenhouse. Now i just need to learn what to do in it - lol. I would love to grow herbs that would be useful in the kitchen for starters as well as veggies (if this is possible) and whatever else...i'm wide open to suggestions. I enjoy plants that can be given as a gift or pick me up to a friend. So, my first question of the board would be, does anyone have ANY advice for me as to how to go about starting up? What works well in greenhouses? A "system" that works for you? We live near pittsbugh pa so climate is a factor. Currently the greenhouse will not have a heating system, however, i would be able to add one later if need be. I hope you all share any advice/tips whatever. I am beyond excited about my new endevour!! I'm also very excited to find a place that seems to have such a wealth of information available!!
