Japanese beetle control?

Help!* I've recently found quite a few Japanese beetles and they are eating my* hibiscus and other plants.* Does anyone know how I can control these little monsters before they leave my plants looking like skeletons?* I'd rather not use pesticides as I am pregnant and don't want to be exposed to the chemicals. *

Getting rid of the grubs is often a great way to control them too, but "treat in the fall if at all". This site has some great info, but do read 'Got Grubs? Count to 10'.
