Pieris 'Forest Flame'

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this site and very new to gardening.

I have a Forest Flame plant in my garden which has been there for several years. It started as a few tiny plants, but is now quite a large bush and very overgrown and straggly.
Can anyone advise me on how to cut it back and keep it more compact?

I live in Scotland, and our soil is a heavy clay type. We have quite wet and cold winters.

Many thanks.
