My husband got me a dozen tulips for Valentine's Day and one of them broke off. I placed it in a separate glass with distilled water and 2 days ago the pedals finally fell off. I went to throw it out when I realized it was growing a root! What do I do now? I'd love to keep it and help it grow into a bulb, but I don't know the first thing about flowers and such. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
