Weed Infestation - What to do?

Thanks Newt! You did it! I now know I have ground ivy. :) :) :)

So now...anyone have any success getting rid of it? I hear it's a beast to deal with. I read the vinegar threads and have spent the last hour googling suggestions out in cyberspace but if anyone here has any hands-on experience and cares to share some info, bring it on.

Hi Maizy,
You are so very welcome! Hmm, ground ivy! Well, some folks make a tea out of it and use it for headaches. It's a relative of the mint family with square stems. Once a piece of stem breaks off or is left in the ground, you will have lots more, but you probably know that by now. Here's a link that you should find helpful.
