Isotoma

I've checked my RHS guide and done some research online but I've yet to be able to identify this plant. The guy at the garden centre wrote down the word Isotoma for me but could not pass on any other details. The leaves resemble small ivy leaves and I'm led to believe it may have a blue flower at certain times of the year. It's a climber, or should I say*I bought it as a climber and appears to be quite a vigorous grower. The only info I have about the word Isotoma refers to a variety of rock plant. Any help would be appreciated. I suppose I should supply a photo but I'll try first with this entry.
