Hello everyone I'm new here and kinda new to gardening(last summer was my 1st @ gardening). So I just wanted to share my experience w/ annuals.
Last summer I bought 2 Dianthus plants & potted them in containers and they actually lived,but as winter approached I just left them in container on deck.
Now that spring is here, one was dead from winter and the other was still standing tall and green & has now started to bloom flowers that look sooo much better than last year. So went to HomeDepot to get some Hostas and picked up 3 more Dianthus since they were on sale for 99 cents.
Does anyone have any advice as lto what would be good to add w/ the Dianthus? I have pink w/ dark pink center and almost burgandy w/pink center or vice versa. Thanks
