    Hi Headcheese,

    Your cactus isn't a cactus at all but is a Euphorbia.* Take a look at these pics, especially the third down on the extreme left.

    Before today, I had no idea what kind of plant I had.* Several people have since contacted me to tell me that my cactus is in fact a plain old succulent, an euphorbia trigonum.* So I have updated my web site accordingly.*
