i want to start growing my herbs from seed now...but i'm not sure how the weather will effect them. i don't know if they will actually grow. it isn't too cold really and it definately hasn't been freezing...so i was thinking it would be ok. normally i wouldnt want to start a garden so early but i have to have lots of plants ready to be transplanted by february for a project. i would start the garden indoors but i don't have any really sunny windpws either.

what do you think my best bet would be?
