Pretty clumping/creeping fragrant flowers?

I might be asking a lot to have all of that - but in NE OH, what are the BEST clumping and/or creeping FRAGRANT flowers (perennials) that I can add to a large sloping garden?

You might want to look up your hardiness zone here and put it in your profile with your state. Just put in Ohio zone *. Not everyone knows the climate conditions on Ohio, though I suspect you are zone 5.
