Last year, I collected and sown seeds (200)of hosta (white, yellow ,green).. some seedlings have this character. You tested.

Hendy How did you collect the seeds from hosters? And how long did it take them to grow to a plantable size? I have a lot of hosters that I just dig up and split . I only have the all green ones but would like to get into the other varities , so please let me know about collecting the seeds

Bought some seedlings (yellow, white, green) and I picking only his fruits... at present I collect the fruits and the fact of drying on the ground to extract seeds from them. This winter I go the strafifier to allow germination... to place his seeds in a container with foliages and to hide them with 12 inches (30 cm) in the ground
