Webs on plants are usually a sign of spider mites.* They come in different colors and are very difficult to see.* You can put a piece of white paper under the area you see the webs and tap the plants.* You should see small dots on the paper that move.

The brown tips could be from the flouride in your water.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
