I have a plot of soil in half shade and would like to plant a hydrangea shrub this year. I was planning to buy an "Endless summer" shrub that is already 2 years old. Will this bloom this year? I ask because I'm not sure exactly how long I'll be staying at my current residence.
Any other suggestions for shrubs, plants that are hearty and faster growing in partial-full shade in zone 6?

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
