I was given a " Razzmatazz " coneflower as well as a "Sunset " coneflower in July . They are doing well in my south garden and my question is will they drop seed and be as prolific as my regular coneflowers ? The card that came with the Sunset says propagation is prohibited and I'm curious why. Can these be divided ? Any help is always appreciated . Thanks , Coralbelle...
