Seed harvesting

So I'm on my way to growing some giant pumpkins this year. I want to harvest seeds from the fruit to plant next year. Any recomendations on how to harvest and care for the seeds that I will plant next year?

After your done with it... smash it open. Collect the seeds.... wash them.... dry the seeds in the garage..... then put them in the refrig in a paper bag.
