camellia - Kumasaka
I planted a camellia Kumasaka last year and cannot get it to bud. The othaer 2 that I planted at the same time both have buds. They are all planted in part sun and part shade and in approx. the same location. Can you help me.

one small step that could be used on the non flowering one could be to use gibberellic acid,Apply gibberellic
acid in early September for late-flowering varieties such as Kumasaka. With Kumasaka, i found that Gibberellic acid introduced ALSO increases flower size...so it was a win win. Much like yoru situation, i applied it to one out of four that was not blooming. It caught up and was actually bigger in flower production that the others.
