money plant(golden phothos)
hi,
iam vasavi.Thankyou for the previous reply.
I have a Golden phothos plant.it has only two long stems.i heard that if u pinch the tips of the plant the plant will grow bushy.
Knowing that I cutted the stems of the money plant .
the new stems started growing.but the two stems which i cutted are growing back again. and now again the plant is thin and long.there seems to be many small new branches to the two stems i had cut. . they started like 1.5 months ago. but they are still like that with out any growth. My doubt is are they going to grow into new stems and have leaves. what should i do to grow back the small stems.
Any suggetions are grateful.
Thank you,
vasavi.

It should be growing well :!: try this :D
Golden Pothos - This is another variety that is easy to grow in the home. More dramatic variegations with golden stripes, the leaves will drape, climb or trail. Requires a bright, warm and humid climate. Water regularly and more frequently in the summer. Organic fertilizers such as fish emulsion are good sources of nutrients. Remove dull, yellow or dead leaves. The tips of the plant can also be rooted in water with charcoal to create a new plant.

Re: money plant(golden phothos)
It's true that they will grow from the top if you prune the bottoms. I have several pathos that are 5-8 feet in length and very bushy. I regularly give them "haircuts" throughout the summer. I take a good 6 inches off of mine, 3-4 times during the summer.
