Need to block neighbors yard

Help!! We bought a house a little over a year ago, and the neighbors next door to us do not care about what their yard looks like. They bring down the whole neighborhood, but make our yard look especially horrible.

Any suggestions on fast growing shrubs that will give some privacy and block the neighbors?

I had that same problem and bought three Rose of Sharon in 5 gallon pots at Home Depot several years ago. They are wonderful, fast growing, easy care and beautiful. Go here for more information:

The rose of sharon is a nice shrub, but not evergreen in your area. Do let us know your sun conditions. Also, how tall and wide do you need the shrubs to be?
