rose plants not blooming

hi
iam vasavi, you know me very well. i brought two indoor rose plants
(sunrise cupido rose and canyon cupido rose)from walmart like two months ago. the buds that the plants had when i brougt them bloomed.i removed the bloomed ones.since then thare are no new buds .it has been two months now.the plants are growing well.but no new buds. please do suggest me to get new blooms.
BTW i live in canada. it is snowing in here.

Plants at this time of year are slow due to lack of sun, so give it plenty of light and feed it with miracle grow for rose's, higher middle number :D
