verbena leaf beetle on a verbena shrub?

I have a shrub that I'm told is a verbena. It was mostly eaten before I got some spray to kill the larvae that was eating the leaves.

What now? Assuming I have been successful in killing the larvae, do I cut it back?
There's very little left in the way of leaves to keep it alive.

Hello melissajmanson. Ken here with The Home Depot in the Chicago area.
Don’t cut it back yet. Give it a chance to leaf out again. Then if it doesn’t, cut
it back. It should produce leaves again if it is healthy. Keep taking care of it.
    Good luck.
