My builder just did the landscaping, and planted a pretty purple leaf plum (approx. 8 feet tall) about 6 feet from the house, although the front lawn is about 20 feed deep. Is this enough room? I live in the desert southwest, and it's a bad time to move trees around right now. Suggestions? Thanks. Jackie
