Where is the best location for the Walking Stick shrub?

Well, IMHO the best place is where they are presented is where they have the opportunity to be a specimen in the winter but where they aren't so prominant in the summer. The curled leaves and strange habit looks sickly to me in the summer while the curly branches are a great show in the winter. Ie., best in an out of the way part of the back yard and not right by the front walk.

Even though they are slow growers, they will get quite large - just saw someone the other day who had one over 10 feet tall and wide...
