My sister and I travel alot. On our journeys, we keep seeing this type of tree.My sister lives in the foothills and there are some near her house in North Carolina. We can't name it and wondered if anyone out there might. It is tall, slender and it's branches grow straight up. We always see them from the vehicle window and have never seen one close to the road where we could get out and look at it. I would guess that they are at least 30 feet. The last one we saw was today. It looks like the tree is dying. There were leaves at the point where the branches start growing.Then the branches were pointed straight up . Some had leaves. Alot didn't. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
