leaves have Brown spots on my weeping mulberry tree!!!!

Please help! I have a young weeping mulberry tree that I planted in the spring. It has brown rust colored spots all over the leaves! I cut off all that I could and it is still coming back on all the new growth! :?
Is this normal and how do I stop it?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Melissa,
Take a look at this site and see if you can id what is going on. Click on 'Shade Trees' on the left and go from there.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
