Something Is Wrong With My Weeping Willow :(

We planted a Weeping Willow about 6 weeks ago. Last week the leaves started turning yellow and dropping :( I checked the yellowed leaves and they have brown spots on them.

What could be wrong? This is just a little 'baby' tree - HELP!

    Thanks for any advice.

    How big is it?
    Where are you located?
Was it put from pot to ground, or a transplant?
    Did you prune any limbs?
Did you prune or spread the roots?
How much water are you giving it?

    I live in Massachusetts.
It's only little - a branch about 7 feet tall.
Yes - I pruned some limbs after we planted it, from the bottom,
No, I didn't spread the roots - instructions didn't say to.
I watered it about a bucket a day for the first couple of weeks, then just let it get watered for the most part by mother nature - until this happened - the last few days I've been letting water from the hose trickle to the roots all day long.
It was from a pot to the ground.

    Thanks for helping.

Ohhh, TY very much, liamdev! :D My williow IS looking better, although it still has a few yellow leaves. I was sooo afraid I did something to kill it. :(

Would you recommend I keep watering it and if so how much?

Wow - yours sure grew a LOT in 2 years - is ours liable to grow that fast?

Thank you for your advice - I'm going to go check out your site now. :)
