    Weeping Cherry Tree..HELP

:?: I planted a Weeping Cherry Tree two years ago. Today it is only two feet high with a branch circumference of seven feet and limbs are lying on the ground. What needs to be done to promote height? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hmmm.. sometimes weepers aren't very tall. Are you pruning it? Feeding it? Plus, where are you located?

    weepers

as a rule weeping trees are usually put in the center of an ornamental bed, with other plantings with TIME the weeping cherry will get very full but not very tall. if it is in a certain place to make a statement you may consider moving it next march and planting one that is near the size you want it to be. Pruning: anything going straight up or horizontal needs to come off. on and on and an LD
