I have a weeping willow tree and there are holes in the trunk and whitish foam coming out of the holes. We have tried borer and weevil spray with no luck and keep getting different answers as to what is wrong. The holes are wet and the bark peels from them when you try to get the white stuff off.

Any ideas or help. We live in Ontario Canada near Ottawa. The willow is 12 years old.
