What is the name of these plants

Hello TUTMOS. Ken here in the Chicago area. Your plant looks like a golden, dwarf
form of arborvitae; either Thuja orientalis or Thuja occidentalis. I hope this helps.
    Take care.

Hey TUTMOS. Ken here again. ‘Yellow Ribbon’ is certainly possible. The Sunset
Western Garden Book says that it gets 8-10 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide. It keeps
the bright yellow foliage throughout the year. It could also be:

Golden Globe - 3 to 5 feet tall and wide
Rheingold - not more than 6 feet tall
Sunkist - 4 to 6 feet tall and 2 to 3 feet wide

    Enjoy your plant. Take care.
